I am a language service professional with more than 20 years experience as a technical and marketing translator and reviewer for English, German and Finnish and as project and account manager for many local and global translation projects and clients.As Country Manager I have had the privilege to lead a great team of translation professionals for more than ten years. This position provided me with the opportunity to learn many new things including HR, administration and finance as well as manage the hands-on tasks and ever-changing challenges that come with being responsible for an office and its employees.I have seen the industry go through many changes and become more global, technical and IT-oriented. This, together with the satisfaction of being able to help my clients on a daily basis even with the most challenging projects, is what keeps me motivated.Specialties: I have experience in all aspects of the translation business incl. translation, review, DTP, quality assurance, global project, resource and quality management, team leadership as well as office management, HR, financial and administrative tasks.
