⚖️ 🌱 After my LL.B. in German and European Business Law, I’ve acquired a master’s degree in Pluralist Economics, combining traditional management with new economics and social sciences. I got to learn about systemic organizational development, behavioral economics, sustainability, ethics and innovation management and developed basic programming skills in HTML, CSS and Python. 🌎 During my times abroad – I received a scholarship for the Spring School in Baku, Azerbaijan and spent an Erasmus semester in Rome – I had the amazing opportunity to work in international teams and identified diversity and empathy as key to our successes. 🚀 Immersing myself into the startup scene, while interning at a startup hub in Cologne in 2019, taught me a lot about startups and their way of working. Fuelled by this experience, I wrote my master thesis about: „The Influence of Lean Startup Methods on Early-Stage Startups“.
