Conducting initial phone or face-to-face interviews to assess the candidates’ suitability and interest.5. Achieving monthly quota of successful placements and ensuring high-quality service delivery.6. Conducting background checks and verifying references for the selected candidates.7. Performing administrative duties such as time keeping, creating job contracts, updating records and reports.
