I am the Engagement Lead | Assistant Secretary for Digital Business and Sector Engagement Branch for the Digital Transformation and Delivery Division at the Department of Health and Aged Care - where I am responsible for driving public and internal engagement for the ambitious digital transformation agenda that is underpinning broader Aged Care reform. I have worked in Executive roles across Health and Aged Care – primarily in positions that focus on ICT, communications, and service management, and in recent years was the ICT lead for the department’s pandemic incident management response team. Historically, I have worked in both private industry and community-based not-for-profit welfare organisations. I am committed to building connection and conversations within organisations, with the public, and across government. I am a passionate and engaged communicator, collaborator, and thinker, dedicated to delivering better outcomes for the community. I perform best in positive, open, ambitious, and supportive teams, so I work hard to foster that spirit at all levels. Off the job, I am family-focused, an avid renovator, a furniture maker, and dog owner; endlessly curious, often writing, and always wishing I had more time to read.
