Janine provided support for all aspects of both quantitative and qualitative studies, primarily for life sciences and healthcare clients, including: report writing and insight generation, questionnaire and discussion guide development, moderation, and project management (survey testing, field monitoring, etc.)

Among the first COVID-19 contact tracers, Janine notified, interviewed, and advised close contacts of COVID-positive individuals about quarantine requirements and protocols.

Janine managed day-to-day project requirements and led all aspects of marketing insight development on behalf of clients in the following spaces: medical equipment and devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, health insurance, medical associations, and more. Janine gained extensive experience with primary quantitative research (online, telephone-based, both US and global) and qualitative research (TIDIs, focus groups and bulletin boards). Janine gathered insights via numerous methodologies including: discrete choice analysis (conjoint analysis), pricing metrics, correspondence analysis, NPS, and MaxDiff.

As owner of Custom Data Services, a market research firm specializing in quantitative customer and employee satisfaction research, Janine directed all aspects of strategy development, questionnaire design, data collection, analysis and reporting for clients including medical centers and senior care facilities. Directed all areas of the business, including project management, client services, marketing, operations and human resources.

Over a ten-year career within the Marketing Communications department at The Chase Manhattan Bank, Janine progressed from database manager to overseeing direct marketing programs for all of Chase’s debit card mailings, including issuance, activation and retention programs. She was frequently called upon to work on complex matrix mail and customer segmentation programs.
