Lease performance of the portfolio was the team's highest priority for the two pension fund clients and the two private investor clients.

When Mellon McMahon acquired the Boston Company Real Estate Counsel in 1993, I became accountable for all debt negotiations for a $2 billion dollar real estate portfolio. Negotiations involved participating first and second mortgages, levered joint ventures and equity debt on investor owned properties.Prior to this position, performed as a Regional Vice President and Team Leader for 15 high level value investments located on the east coast. Projects included high rise and suburban office properties, multifamily, industrial and retail properties.
