Training lead on the Beacon programme, a programme of support for Chairs of smaller charities - developing course materials and supporting resources, and facilitating online and in person training workshops.Supporting AOC to develop their core member learning offer, and ongoing delivery of learning webinars for charity Chairs

Leading the development and growth of FSI's consultancy services for the public, private and charity sectors which supported the charitable work of the FSI to support small charities. Included securing large, multi-year capacity building grants from FCDO, DCMS as well as funder plus contracts with Lloyds Bank Foundation, Greater London Authority, People’s Health Trust.

Overseeing the FSI's learning programme for small charities, comprising training in London and around the UK, monthly advice clinics, and our Affiliates programme. Responsible for securing and delivering the earned income strategy for the FSI, encompassing consultancy projects, statutory contracts and corporate partnerships as well as establishment and management of FSI Fundraising Qualifications.

Gordon Moody Association is a UK-based charity with over 40 years' experience of providing specialised support and treatment to acutely addicted gamblers.

The Central London CVS Network is a partnership of seven Councils for Voluntary Service (CVS) working in Central London boroughs. One of the services CVS’ provide is capacity building through learning and development support to voluntary and community organisations in their borough. My role within the Network was to:- Develop and implement the workforce development strategy for voluntary and community sector organisations across seven Central London boroughs:- Coordinating learning and development activities across the partnership- Engaging stakeholders from other organisations and sectors in our work. - Centre management and quality assurance of a City & Guilds accredited learning centre.

LECP provides training opportunities for practitioners, managers and volunteers working with young people across London. - Developed and coordinated the open training programme, of more than 100 short courses per year, ensuring that the programme generated sufficient income to cover costs.- Coordination and delivery of core staff training programmes, including Induction, Health & Safety and Child Protection.

- Sourced trainers to deliver in-house training programmes for clients. - Coordinated large training administration roll-outs for corporate and government clients. - Carried out analysis and reporting for clients, including report design and internal communications.
