HI, I'M GINNYA highly creative and proactive ICF-certified coach, writer and content creator. Also a motivational speaker and storyteller for business, with a Master's degree in Journalism and more than 20 years of experience within the educational services sector. Passionate about supporting and empowering people to learn and achieve their goals, with a particular focus on LGBT women, non-binary people and non-native English speakers. I have solid experience in managing the full coaching programme lifecycle across the business and commercial functions. WHAT I'M MOST PROUD OFI founded 'Queerlysh' in 2021 as a passion project and a platform for supporting creative work. It is a voluntary organisation that connects women who identify as LGBTQ and non-binary people in Lisbon, London and online. It builds authentic connections between creative and curious thinkers – for the purposes of networking, self-advocacy through creative expression and improving mental well-being. My role as 'Queen Queerlysh' embraces a wide range of skills from creative writing, directing, producing, organising and hosting live events and a podcast, to multimedia content creation, copywriting, editing and publishing.
