Contract Manager for the TNS (Telecom Network Services) contracts:2008/2009: Part of the core team to renegotiate the extension of the existing TNS IT contracts.2010: Role as Contract Manager/Program Management Officer during the tendering and renegotiations of the expiring IT Services contracts which has led to new multiple year contracts with KPN and Verizon.2011: Extending role as Contract Manager to other IT vendor contract (with IBM) in order to gain more knowledge and experience.2012: HR BPO Outsourcing (Operations & MI) - leading the contracting process as a Contract Manager.

Responsible for compliance to vendor contracts (with KPN and Verizon) and supporting the stakeholders of the contracts; Developed, managed and ensured the Vendor Management Governance processes of these IT vendors.
