Customer Service Manager/Sales/Operations
Current- Develop market penetration strategies and product/service branding.
- Up-sell technology solutions that are aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
- Work with various business units of client organizations for technology solutions.
- Provide white glove customer service to clients with working solutions.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations on various projects, as well as building services, organization of office space and maintenance of supplies.
- Manage an account base of 600+ with a focus on earning and retaining long-term loyalty.
