Adventurous, passionate and creative - these are the three words I would use to describe myself in one of these stiff introduction rounds. But let me explain why I feel like they are actually the most accurate to express my constant drive to tackle new challenges. Almost two years ago I moved to Sweden to pursue my Master's degree and let me tell you - it has been the most exciting time of my life!After I finished my studies in Business IT and worked as an IT Project Manager for some time, it seemed like the next logical step for me to expand my leadership skills in an area that deeply excites me. Learning about the importance of creative processes in developing outstanding, customer-oriented products made me realize that I want to be part of such teamwork that makes dreams work. I love to be surrounded by passionate people who see their work as an opportunity to express themselves and not as a tool to pay off their new car. As I am currently writing my Master's thesis about diversity and inclusion in entertainment media, getting in touch with professionals does not only grant me industry-related insights for my data collection, but also highly interesting conversations about different ways of working and managing teams. Having worked in Germany, Sweden and the US with colleagues from around the world made me experience what intercultural communication and collaboration really means.I find it very rewarding to connect to new people and find out about their worldviews.
