Currently specialising in endoscopy, upper GI and colorectal nursing.As a nurse specialist, I aim to deliver the new Faster Diagnosis Standard to ensure patients will be diagnosed or have cancer ruled out within 28 days of being referred for suspected cancer. As an endoscopy nurse, I provide high-quality care and support to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for gastrointestinal (GI) and hepato-biliary conditions. I have over 10 years of experience in various nursing settings, including surgical, medical, paediatric, preoperative and recovery, public health, stroke and intensive care.My core competencies include nurse-led consenting, vaccinations, patient assessment, infection control, patient education, and post-procedure monitoring. I am passionate about improving patient safety, quality, and satisfaction, as well as advancing my professional development and learning new skills. I hold a Registered Nurse - Adult credential from The Nursing and Midwifery Council, a Registered Nurse (BSN RN) credential from the Professional Regulation Commission (Philippines), and a Certified IV Therapy Nurse credential from the Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines.
