Serve as an advocate for MGH/MGPO end users and provide consulting services for the MGH/MGPO and remote sites in the process of desktop integration, upgrades, and problem solving. • Participate in departmental and enterprise-wide projects with an emphasis on new technology integration with the Partners environment.
