Evaluate business needs for end users and assist in developing recommendations for technical solutions in accordance with Partners IS platform standards. • Prepare materials for use in presentations, meeting and project documentation. Serve as an advocate for MGH/MGPO end users and provide consulting services for the MGH/MGPO and remote sites in the process of desktop integration, upgrades, and problem solving. • Participate in departmental and enterprise-wide projects with an emphasis on new technology integration with the Partners environment. Function both as an individual contributor and team player within Partners IS and the hospital community at large. • Consistently reviewing MGH/MGPO Hardware Upgrade and Replacement Program process and procedures and makes recommendations to improve the process.
