I attended all of my store's inventories, twice a year. I was responsible for between 17 to 22 stores at a time. I oversaw the entire inventory process and verify correct counts and accounting paperwork. I assist in the training and development of dept managers in all of my stores, developed a bench to promote from, and assisted in interviews of critical retail dept positions.I supervised the Inventory Control clerks as well as all retail dept managers in all of my stores. I developed and ran a Sharepoint page for all Accounting and Finance tracking spreadsheets and documents for all of my stores. When a store or dept has an inventory under target, I conducted investigations, run queries, analyse various reports and utilize audits to determine the causes and help the store teams develop an action plan to reduce their losses and follow-up on those plans and results to ensure improvement. I prepared and lead training meetings to educate those store employees to help drive positive results.I am proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Collab.
