RECRUITMENT AND ON-BOARDING: Manage and guide recruitment and onboarding process. Job descriptions, advertise, interviews, regrets, employment offers, contracts and induction.LABOUR RELATIONS: Management liaison for employees and Unions (SDTU and AMCU) for all IR related matters. Responsible for resolution of Disciplinary processes, Grievances and CCMA cases. Annual plant level wage negotiations.TERMINATION: RETRENCHMENTS to DISMISSALS: Responsible for fair termination processes. Consultations and preparation of relevant documentation.PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Advise and assist management with Poor Work Performance procedures and reviews.EMPLOYMENT EQUITY: Responsible for achieving EE targets, drive EE compliance, annual EE report submissions and formulation of EE plan.PAYROLL: Responsible for collating payroll information, authorising and processing of monthly salaries +- 400 staff. Liaison with Provident fund and Retirement Annuity Fund.SKILLS DEVELOPMENT: SDF. Responsible for Mandatory Grants submissions. Drive continuous improvement, training, and coaching.
