Successfully led and implemented curricular and delivery revisions in 2014 and 2019 based upon findings from assessment.-Brought about a working structure to the internship program. Created an internship handbook, Code of Conduct, and other tools for communication and management of internship process. Increased curricular alignment with principles of adult and experiential learning. Created course Moodle platform to facilitate distance learning. In collaboration with political science faculty, supervised team of 6 students to investigate best practices for e-Internships.
