The eLearning Production Manager (eLPM) leads the end-to-end development of eLearning courses and other resources to support our customers in gaining proficiency on ACST Solutions and related educational needs. The eLPM is responsible for managing a team of eLearning professionals including Media Specialists, Technical Communicators and Instructional Designers and drive the design, development and ongoing lifecycle management of online educational content meeting prescribed timelines, budget, performance and quality standards.

Working in eLearning Development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, Premiere), I work directly with Instructional Designers and SMEs to develop Interactive OnDemand online courses in Project Management, as well as design and create all graphics for said courses. I also animate 2D graphics and videos for better visual illustration and to engage learners, including animations specifically for educational purposes and advertisement purposes. I focus on simplicity of information presentation, visual and graphic design, storyboarding, scripting case studies, animation and motion graphics and overall GUI.
