My unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled me to successfully contribute within a variety of roles; creative services, information technology and interactive media, process improvement, project management, product marketing, and account management. I have substantial global experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects across both commercial and medical affairs for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies. I am a strong team-builder and motivator who leads by example improving productivity and efficiencies across internal team members such as medical writers, project managers, editors, and designers. Writing and producing the internal process tools and implementing training company-wide also falls into my wheel house. Externally, I lead the customer engagement experience to ensure that projects meet scope, timelines, budgets and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing the strategy and solution.In addition to holding a BFA from Indiana State University, I also have obtained a Masters in Fine Arts, also from Indiana State University, graduating with honors. Volunteering in the community and designing event materials along with creating brand essence for the America Heart Associations two largest Midwest events is also been a dream come true for the past 8 years.
