With a small and geographically dispersed team, deliver digital health and provider support according to our contracted deliverables with the Australian Digital Health Agency. Drive continuous improvement of the resources available to internal and external stakeholders through our Provider Hub 360 website and CRM knowledge base library. A key component of my role involves project management of internal projects such as the centralisation of the provider support workflow, SharePoint library management and the GP Data Dashboard. During this role I have also developed an internal training resource which has been workshopped across the business with the aim to improve internal team’s digital health literacy.

The long term outcomes of this project are to create key engagement strategies and deliver on key activities to our provider stakeholders enabling connected, co-ordinated patient-centred care, where all providers have access to the data they need and use it to improve patient care.

As part of the Clinical Governance & Performance team I am responsible for applying contemporary population health concepts and information technology knowledge to work with key stakeholders to investigate opportunities of innovation and integration within the primary health sector of North Queensland. I work as part of a multifaceted governance team to lead the delivery of new commissioning activity and ongoing program activity including the My Health Record expansion project as contracted by the Australian Digital Health Agency. I am responsible for supporting participating primary care practices to adopt digital service delivery systems to optimise outcomes for patients with complex chronic conditions. Develop or source web parts as required for new intranet.• As part of our small Application Development Team, recreate our old ASP quality document system to a SharePoint site collection migration documents from the Mt Isa and Tropical North Institutes of TAFE.• Setup SharePoint Search scopes including customizing xlt and css code to suit user requirements.• Use remote desktop application VNC to support teachers & administration staff as required.• Work with our state web services team and project stakeholders on department wide projects.• Use a myriad of tools such as Captivate; Jing & YouTube create video guides to help orientate users around custom software applications developed by our team.
