As an Auto Claims Supervisor at GEICO, I lead a team of adjusters who handle many types of auto claims. I have over 6.5 years of experience in the auto insurance industry, starting as a Claim Representative and progressing to a Bodily Injury & Litigation Adjuster before becoming a supervisor. I have a strong background in team building, claims handling, and customer service. I enjoy coaching and mentoring my team members to achieve their goals. I hold an Associate of Arts degree from Edmonds College, where I also gained valuable skills in food service operations and management. I am passionate about providing quality service to our customers and ensuring fair and timely resolution of claims.
