Marketing and communications:- Acting as the lead copywriter in the marketing and business development team- Thought leadership articles and case studies: planning, generating content, editing, design and distribution (website, email, social media)- Press releases: planning, writing and promoting deals, contract appointments, new joiners and other news- Marketing campaigns: Assisting our BD managers with the planning and then taking the lead on writing, editing, designing and sending content - Social media: Promoting thought leadership, press releases, news and upcoming conferences- Coordinating and writing of all external and internal newsletters / roundups- Writing copy for event campaigns (firm and speaker profiles), creating social media campaigns for large events and conferences- Creating and updating content for website- Creating internal firm communications, including weekly roundups- Overseeing and contributing towards award submissions- Email marketing and creation of mailing listsDirectories (Chambers / Legal 500):- Overseeing and planning the process, coordinating the business services and lawyer teams working on all of the submissions- Preparing templates, guidance documents and other tools- Supporting with the creation and editing of content / reviewing the submissions and pulling together the referee lists- Coordinating interviews- Analysing and communicating ranking resultsDesign:- Client literature: Planning, writing and designing of flyers and brochures aimed at clients- Designing graphics and other content for external and internal campaigns
