Managing a global contingent workforce program implementation, rolling out a new vendor management system SAP Fieldglass with parallel roll-out of a managed service provider program to 60+ countries. The program is aiming for global streamlined processes and policies, leading to cost savings and mitigation of security and compliance risks, while optimizing processes and technology.

Consulted external and internal customers on ERP, CRM, and BI projects as well as for digital strategy & transformation and marketing strategy.
