Accounts Payable department with staff of 3 was added to responsibilities. Thibiant Beverly Hills spa needed a bookkeeper at their location due to construction, so this was transitioned away. Fixed Asset program was vetted and implemented, designed entire process for how assets are tracked, and depreciated. ADP payroll's software was not going to be supported, so vetted and implemented another payroll company, Paylocity in 2012. Report to the CFO

Hired to bring the Thibiant Beverly Hills Spa books from Quickbooks to QAD prior to the Y2K approaching in January, 2000. While doing this changeover, also converted the two companies - Thibiant International and Thibiant Beverly Hills Spa from Datacount to ADP payroll. Automated commissions paid to Spa employees using their POS system. Automated timecards using hand punch system for manufacturing employees.
