In kindergarten I helped teach my classmates how to tie their shoes. Their joy brought me joy.I instinctively understood that it was important for my peers to feel like they fit in. Being able to tie their shoes provided them with a necessary skill that helped build self-confidence. As an adult, shoe-tying was covered, so I chose to create experiences for others that brought them happiness and pleasure. I leveraged my Art History degree and interior design knowledge to create beautiful spaces in people’s homes. This, too, brought shared joy, however as time passed, my interest grew to enabling people to learn and grow internally as well.My excitement guided me to event planning where I use my strong organizational skills and participate in advocating for employee talent development. Now, I’m creating delight at an event while reinforcing company initiatives, engaging you and your colleagues at a conference including opportunities to build internal relationships, coaching individuals into supervisory roles, and collaborating with a variety of partners to achieve their visions and meet objectives.I’ve worked with a diverse clientele to create events that speak to and motivate their employees. Across internal teams, I’ve designed events that recognize employee success based on the fulfillment of a corporate mission; attract potential new hires by curating moments that inspire and educate; and encourage organizational collaboration via activities that convey and strengthen company culture. When I’m not creating talent development opportunities, I can be found delving into new recipes for my family, reading mysteries and 19th century novels, enjoying foreign films, wandering museums, mentoring youth and exploring the globe.Project Management | Communications | Leadership | Corporate Culture | Employee Experience | Customer Service Systems and Structures Creation | Team Development | Contract Negotiation | Training | Social Media | Vendor/Partner Relationships | CRM | Organization Design Meeting & Event Management | Budget Development & Management
