Do you relish getting outside into the fresh air and open spaces to make you feel alive?Are you looking for artwork that reflects your love for walking and memories of the landscapes you have visited?My name is Janine Jacques. I create landscapes that capture the beauty and magic of nature. The feeling of being alive and free in the open air. Connecting you back to a favourite landscape. Reflecting the mood and emotion of a moment in the great outdoors. The final pieces are not simply a recording of the scene but a rich and multi-layered portrayal of the landscape. They incorporate painterly mark-making with wool and other materials to add beautiful expressive texture. The artwork celebrates the materials used as well as the beauty of nature. My latest felt artwork is based on a trip to  Robin Hood's Bay TITLE “Paddling at Robin Hood's Bay” Yorkshire.MEDIUM An original felt art landscape, made from merino wool and other fibres.We had a lovely family day out at Robin Hood’s Bay. We found the beach to be a special place to relax, walk and loved a paddle in the cool shallows. We listened to the sounds of the sea which gave us all a feeling of calm, whilst taking in the beautiful scenery.This piece is at the Watermark Gallery in Harrogate - visit in person or view online below 👇https://watermarkgallery.co.uk/product/paddling-at-robin-hoods-bay/You can see more of my artwork on my website 👇www.janinejacques.co.uk
