This role was very hands on with my involvement in all aspects of the business operations. Main areas were managing staff, developing local marketing events and implementing marketing strategies from HO (in the UK) & extensive events and promotional activities. There was extensive travel around Australia & NZ promoting the experiences as well as visiting volunteer locations overseas.

In my early career, I worked in the Music industry as an assistant publicist for Paul Dainty Corporation in Melbourne and as an administrator in theatre with Mummers Theatre Group in Hobart. I worked as a Desktop Publisher for several organisations in Melbourne. I travelled extensively during this time and worked in various industries in the US, Canada and the UK for two years.
