Client Management• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients• Develop new businessTalent Acquisition• Focus on middle to senior level positions recruitment, mainly on advertising industry• Identify the needs of clients by communication with HRs or line managers • Select effective channels to locate potential candidates: company database, recruitment website, personal connection, cold calling or other channels• Expand and maintain company’s talent database• Screen candidates by phone/video/face to face interviews based on client’s requirements• Coordinate interviews, keep track on the interview process and control the candidates during the whole process• Negotiate the offers on behalf of both parties• Follow up the candidates’ resignation and offer on board assistance and provide reference check for clientsPeople Management• Supervise and train 1 fulltime researcher/associate consultant and 1 intern• Set up new staff training framework with the assistance from HR
