Vp Of ConnectivityAaxsys Technology May 2018 - PresentSan Diego, Ca, UsAs the VP of Connectivity, Janine oversees and manages all of the channel management and API connectivity through the Aaxsys Global Distribution Channels (GDC) platform for corporate housing providers with real time availability; becoming a true partner by adding an additional reservation arm to help fill in reservation gaps and generate more client leads. The GDC is a way that all providers can increase their monthly revenues without creating any additional work for them or their teams. She and her team work directly with the corporate housing provider to build out their digital content including all of the property details, pictures, and seasonal pricing needed for all of the different channels: Booking.com, AirBNB, HomeAway, Trulia, Zillow, Booking Pal, Bridgestreet, etc.; builds out the properties according to each channel's requirements; connects the API or iCal links to connect the real time calendar availability to prevent over-bookings; communicate directly with the guests that come through each platform ensuring that all of their questions and all specific property details including arrival and departure instructions are emailed over to the tenant 48 hours prior to their specific arrival date after the full payment has been processed. Our overall goal is to be a true partner to all of our members as well as any other provider on any other operating system with iCal links because channel management is a full time job in itself and we have the technology to be able to do this efficiently and effectively. The best part is that the GDC is no-risk and free to join! Just a modest percentage is added on top of the NET rental rates payable by the tenants and invoiced in arrears to each provider based on closed reservations only for the length of stay the previous month. Plus, anyone who signs the GDC agreement can now get the Aaxsys operating system for no set up fees and minimal monthly fees until $500+/month is being made from the external reservations.
