As an HR Business Partner, I contribute towards the HR function and provide support to over 700 colleagues. My HR journey started with studying at New College Lanarkshire and at UWS over 5 years. I graduated with an Honours degree on 4 July 2017 and started my Allied journey the day after. Since then I have strived to learn all areas within the HR function. I started as an HR interim became an HR administrator six months later, I then progressed to an HR Advisor role and have recently adopted an HR Business Partner role. Learning and understanding all areas of the business and getting to know the workforce has played a major part in my success. This has helped me become a perfect fit as I have a vast understanding of the business and can stand in or step up when necessary.Allied Vehicles Group is the UK’s leading supplier of adapted and special purpose vehicles.
