CurrentJanine oversees JDM Consulting's risk management services for the following client types:Micro Finance Institutions/Non-Profit Organizations:Our work with Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) internationally includes providing a range of internal audits and internal controls technical assistance activities. Specifically, the technical assistance activities include internal control system evaluations, capacity building, creation of internal audit departments, development of internal audit tools, internal audit training. In addition, we provide Audit Committee Board support and oversight. Our involvement with non-profit organizations includes business process analyses and improvements for accounting and finance operations, supporting external audits, staff training and the development of pertinent policies & procedures manuals.Federal and State Governments: JDM Consulting’s work with federal and state government agencies includes operational assessments, loan portfolio reviews, due diligence procedures, special investigations, business process improvements and internal controls assessments. One of our noteworthy successes in this area is the recovery of millions of dollars resulting from the uncovering of erroneous claims submitted to the government for reimbursement.
