In 2013 I joined as a member of BNI, representing Clearing & Forwarding Logistics.Within 3 months I joined the leadership team, and within 9 months I was elected as President of the Chapter. I then became an Ambassador of BNI, visiting chapters, and ensuring that the meeting was run according to the Agenda, and that the leadership team were following process, polices and members were abiding by the Code of Ethics6 months later I attended international training and was promoted to Director Consultant (DC). As Director Consultant, I provided training to new members, who are business persons of all experiences, and I was also the Launch Director. Essentially I launched new Chapters in the region, and worked with the leadership team to ensure that they understood and followed the policies and code of ethics.The success of BNI is that it has a very good process, and when followed as a member and chapter, you will be successful.
