Revive Our Hearts is the Bible teaching ministry of best-selling author and national radio host, Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth. You have already been impacted by this ministry if you've heard the radio program or podcast, attended a True Women event, or picked up Nancy's book Lies Women Believe. It's my privilege to create and oversee the ministry’s marketing strategies that build on and enhance the brand; leading to increased awareness, engagement, financial support, and advancement in leading women to freedom, fullness and fruitfulness in Christ.

Walk in the Word is the broadcast ministry of Dr. James MacDonald. Beginning as a radio broadcast in 1997, with the mission of “igniting passion in the people of God through the proclamation of truth.” In 2014, the ministry expanded into a daily television program, with an audience extending around the world. The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization. While maintaining strong relationship with the broadcast stations and industry organizations, this position demands strong entrepreneurial marketing skills to advance the ministry’s mission, cultivate a strong donor base, and manage a multi-million dollar budget. Responsibilities draw on expertise in non-profit fund raising through direct mail, email, web, events, and donor relationships.

Our Daily Bread Ministries offers devotional and biblical resources to millions worldwide. * It was my responsibility to support the organization’s values and work culture by directing all HR functions including staffing, training, safety, compensation, benefits, and employee morale. * Developed a growing volunteer program and continually evaluates use of human capital to most effectively and efficiently accomplish the organization’s mission. * Responsible for an attractive and functional physical work environment (buildings and grounds).
