B.S. Biomedical Engineering, December 2021. Minor: Mathematics. Trained in clinical device concept, design, manufacturing, testing, installation and overall project management for prototype development, product development and product enhancement. Capstone Project: Successfully developed new design of pedicle rod screw for spinal surgeries offering enhanced stability in correction of spine misalignment, all in remote environment (COVID accommodation). o Utilized titanium alloy with low corrosion resistance, less breakage (in theory), with adjustability to create customized surgery outcome. Experienced in performing gap analysis for current state and desired state, identifying gaps, assessing gaps due to features, properties and proper functioning, and the various methods used to detect gaps. Able to streamline and improve processes for increased production capacity. Skilled in research of current biomedical products and patents and determine the best approach for a project. Employ SolidWorks, COMSOL Multiphysics, LabVIEW 2016, LabVIEW VI (virtual instrumentation), LabVIEW Multisim (simulation software), Microsoft Excel, and numerous additional applications in design, collaboration, and management of projects. Memberships in Biomedical Engineering Society and Human Capital Institute. Selected for Study Abroad Program, Lorenzo De Medici, Rome, Italy, taking Engineering Economy Course.
