Janine joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2009. She is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities for the Operating Group. She created the Operating Group Knowledgebase and is responsible for keeping it updated. Janine works with the management teams of the portfolio companies that the Operating Group is involved with while acting as a liaison between the investment team, the Operating Group and those portfolio companies.Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Janine held various Executive Assistant positions to C level Executives. At Overland Capital Group, a U.S.-based international real estate investment company, she handled both the business and personal calendar of the Chairman’s office as well as all facilities, meetings and events. At ManageSoft Corporation, a software company, Janine managed the CEO’s office, the administrative professionals in the company and handled all global meetings and events. She has also worked for Fidelity Investments in the National Financial Services Division.
