I undertook the optimization of processes in collaboration with all departments and the execution of four training units for the employees on revised TQM modalities. Acting as a local project coordinator, reporting to the Headquarters’ team in Lima, I successfully initiated the implementation of institutional reform (2015-2017) to build an enabling business climate for tourism-related small and medium enterprises. To put the project in action, I illustrated the bureaucratic process chain and bottlenecks, negotiated and signed pending cooperation contracts with government partners, and reported on the opportunities for improvement for the intervention areas.
