As Chief of Staff for Advantage Communications, Janis Ancic fulfills many roles including overseeing the Project Management Office and working with the executive team and with new clients on implementation, training, project planning and transitioning. Janis joined the company in 2010, after having worked across an eclectic spectrum of fields including; education, health and wellness, travel and tourism and the automotive industry. With 20 years of experience in customer service excellence, she takes pride in her ability to see the big picture and her aptitude for innovation and creative strategy.
