In my current role I'm the Senior HR Advisor for a variety of the Grafton GB brands including Plumbase, Plumbase Industrial and NDI. This role covers England, Scotland and Wales, supporting the operational teams with a wide range of HR issues and policies. Since joining Grafton I have been involved in various branch closures with resulting redundancies or redeployment and team restructures.

Whilst at Rotherham Council, I worked with Managers at all levels to resolve ER issues; these included dignity at work, discrimination and harassment. As well as ER issues, I was involved in coaching our Line Managers on performance, absence management and recruitment too. During my time here we had a series of re-organisations and re-structures that I was able to support and be involved in.

In this role I was involved in all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations; acting in Disciplinary & Grievance situations; Performance and Absence Management and Recruitment for all levels within the Company. I also represented Guttridge Limited at career events in schools, colleges and universities to attract Graduate Trainees, Placement Students and Apprentices.
