About Janis Hicks
I really enjoy working in a fast paced, time sensitive, busy environment. I find that real estate drew me in because I love that every transaction is different, every contract unique, and every agent special. I really enjoy working with different kinds of people with varying skill sets and finding new ways for them to use what they are best at to make a difference in their businesses. I prefer to be working hard behind the scenes in a support role, providing assistance and guidance as needed - I think of these 140+ agents as my kids and I am there to provide the guidance and support they need to be successful agents. My motto in my current position is "Your success is MY success" because it's just true - I get great satisfaction from seeing a new agent learn a new skill, sign their first contract, or close their first deal. My strengths lie in my quick mind and attention to detail, my ability to multitask and prioritize, and my interpersonal skills. I enjoy learning new skills and putting them to use in my office, or presenting the Broker with a new idea on ways to bring more agents into the office for training.
