I am a curiosity driven person and it's been a very crucial drive throughout my career.I am a Data Scientist in our Data Science team which is a part of our Risk Department. The structure of our department has brought me a tremendous amount of benefits meaning I've had a great opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge in many areas starting from understanding and wrangling data up to developing optimal strategies for our products. I started here as a Business Analyst and after gaining some additional experience in this business field I had the opportunity to join the Data Science team. My previous experience with data extraction, data wrangling, report creation,dashboard creation and a lot more has been very useful in the data scientist role. For a smoother role change I had to learn a lot so using online resources ,I refreshed my statistics knowledge and got familiar with using R for some even more advanced data wrangling, creating visualizations and building predictive models. 3 years in data science have passed by in the speed of light. Great environment with very knowledgeable colleagues let me feel very comfortable is this dynamic and unpredictable world. Lot of exciting projects - strategy development for new and existing products, neverending stream of new datasources to explore and find patterns in, building internal tools to simplify our work etc. In life only one thing is constant and that is change. This applies very well to work environment as well and looking back it has been a very challenging and exciting journey. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to work and learn with highly skilled profeesionals surounding me.I enjoy the constant self development which is driven by my curiosity and also my and I'm grateful for the endless posibilities that future holds
