· Analyse needs and concerns of a business unit in order to establish relevant practices and procedures for preparing required business reports in the most efficient manner · Educate users about the existing reporting tool sets, teach to obtain or prepare reports and properly utilize report data.· Handle specific reporting needs of a business, deliver ad-hoc reports· Contribute to establishment of data quality or performance control practices, as well as propose improvements in the processes to increase quality of data· Propose and facilitate developments in the reporting area· Excellent analytical skills and problem solving attitude· Customer oriented, service minded· Good communication and stakeholder management skills· Good information representation skills

*Ensure timely service delivery to internal customer*Provide extended customer support when needed*Provide guidance and training to other team members when necessary*Take responsibility for problem solving*Follow the changes in master data maintenance processes and adjust internal documentation accordingly, keep other parties informed*Conduct regular data quality checking, analyze problematic cases and present results to team members*Collect and analyze statistics of changes in respective master data*Contribute to standardization and automation of respective MDM processes*Follow the directives and other tasks given by the supervisor

*Respond immediately to assigned master data related requests in any of the internal systems that are maintained by MDM unit;*Check and validate content and quality of submitted requests, consult requestors in case of incorrect details or missing information;*Analyze the nature of received customer requests to avoid processing of unnecessary master data entries or updates;*Process assigned requests within the defined time frame;*Provide proactive customer support when needed;*Operate master data loading tools when processing updates in multiple instances of master data;*Conduct regular automatic data quality checks aiming to reveal discrepancies and mistakes in master data; *Conduct regular manual data quality checks aiming to reveal mistakes caused by deviation from standard procedures and policies;*Maintain and archive master data templates/ request forms;*Prepare statistics when required, conduct and present analysis of tricky cases in assigned responsibility area(s); *Contribute to improvement and automation of internal MDM processes by taking active participation in process reviews and studies and proposing changes/ solutions aimed at achieving better efficiency; *Follow directions given by and perform tasks assigned by a superior team member.
