While concurrently completing requirements of my primary position, I work on a contract basis as a Master Trainer with all stakeholders to provide and promote high quality professional learning that supports improved job performance for all employees resulting in increased student achievement. I design, implement and evaluate high quality professional development for all employees within the District including paraprofessionals, bus drivers, teachers, and administrators. Learning initiatives implemented during these years included behavior management strategies/skills, communication skills, teaching strategies that support Florida standards, and the district’s observation and evaluation system. (Hillsborough County Public Schools is the eighth largest district in the United States. It has over 200,000 students from grades Pre-K to 12 at over 215 school site locations.)

I assist with the instructional, administrative, and operational needs of the school, which has approximately 80 instructional and non-instructional personnel and more than 550 students. I conduct observations in accordance with the district’s observation and evaluation system. I also provide individual, grade level, and school-wide training and professional development that enhances student success.

I analyzed and synthesized observation data to determine teacher’s final evaluations. I also coordinated and oversaw professional development training for over 120 Peer Evaluators.
