The bulk of my repertoire is comprised of work within retail corporate environments in executive leadership roles, overseeing Visual Merchandising, Store Planning and Design, In-store Marketing/Communication Strategy and Project Management. On the flip side, I’ve worked as an agency provider of customer experience strategy and NBD strategy. This holistic view allows me to approach assignments with a unique perspective. Whether it's crafting a compelling B2B pitch (understanding the prospect’s perceptions), creating experience strategies within a brick and mortar retail environment (understanding the realities of value-engineering and the need for simplified execution) or leading multi-disciplined teams to translate the vision into reality (leveraging my talent as an obsessed, organizational geek), I have a proven track record of producing results.I find great gratification in generating meaningful contributions to propel a business to new levels of success while mentoring the teams to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver when the project is scaled across the enterprise.
