In my most recent role, I provided technical leadership for supply chain management, qualification, continuous improvement, and supplier development for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography insertion (four domestic and international factories, >$4b CapEx) into test, ramp, and large-scale production lines. My main responsibility for this position was to examine the movement of reactive chemical species across plasma-liquid interface utilizing a specially designed 2-D apparatus with various optical diagnostic methods to deliver in-situ spatiotemporal measurements of the plasma-liquid interfacial region of interest.
