As Agile coach I strongly believe in Agile values and principles, have proven to myself and others that best solutions are born in self-organized Agile teams and happy customers are natural result of that. It is all about people - collaboration and communication between customer, teams and organization!I am not implementing Agile to clients because it is now trendy and cool thing to do, we always start with "why" and needed outcomes in mind. Our guiding light are Agile values and principles to create right culture through strong Leadership in client’s organizations. Yes, we also bring in Lean principles and techniques as also, of course, good practices from Agile world - Scrum, Kanban and different scaling frameworks. We constantly learn and improve as Agile has no end destination - it is a constant journey! And yes - it is not only for IT system or organizations, Business Agility is what matters!I am also socially active person - helping to spread Agile world in Latvia.
