Working in Havi Logistics IS as Agile Project Manager (PMI-ACP) and Scrum Master (CSM). I as Agile Certified Practitioner and Certified Scrum Master was dedicated team member and servant leader with primary responsibility to help the team to become self-organizing, self-managing and achieve its goals, and to be more productive each time. In "If P&C Insurance AS" I worked as IT project manager (ISR) and from 2012 I was also acting as Scrum Master. My main responsibilities were: companies financial and policy issue systems development, improvement and monitoring. From IT side I was leading five people team responsible for live system support using Agile methodology – Scrum framework. Also I was acting as ISR (Information solution responsible) responsible for all business requirement documentation and realizing the objectives in the maintenance Plan/SLA, that planning and execution of upholding, optional and mandatory and new development activities are carried out in agreed manner.
