Responsible for improving Investment Committee process and content control within Portfolio Management’s global regions, working as key liaison for inter-departmental communication, work flow, decision processes and platforms.Manage Portfolio Management’s submissions to Senior Leadership for reviews of proposed and executable lease transactions, development investment committee memorandums and other time-sensitive/critical transactions and related documentation.Coordinate updates to Portfolio organizational charts, audit existing content on property pages to ensure accuracy.Collaborate with IT and Training to improve permissions, records and database management and develop procedures and educational material to support Portfolio Management.Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, agendas, and record minutes of meetings. Follow-up on action items.Arrange travel arrangements and prepare and track actual to budgeted expenses for department. Help with various Marketing requests, conventions, SLT off-sites and regional Sales event planning.Overall, assists the executive team in being organized, efficient and informed at all times.
