• Rose through the ranks and maintained senior position when Quill was purchased by Staples. Reported in at highest level and supported 450 Quill corporate associates and 9 Quill fulfillment/delivery operations personnel. Worked to achieve consistency of policy and procedures implementation across Quill and two subsidiaries.• Managed recruitment, counseling, terminations, RIFs and alternative work arrangements. Became a business partner with managers and proactively addressed their concerns related to effective leadership.
