My daily responsibilities entail over all maintenance of large commercial insurance accounts as well as office filing and reorganization. On large commercial accounts I process renewals, cancellations, endorsements and audits. I also verify the status of these commercial accounts to include on time billing and cancellation verification. In addition I complete daily filing of various office documents, composing letters as requested, compiling insurance policies as well as many other numerous tasks.Accomplishments: Having noticed the need I restructured the filing of all marketing department literature for more efficient referencing.

ATM Balancing RepresentativeATM Transaction ProcessorResponsibilities included handled monetary transactions, counting and managing large sums of cash, dispersing loans, balancing and maintaining 7 ATM's in Montgomery County, scanning various documents, completing monthly board reports and creating pie charts, graphs and encompassing them into a Power Point presentation.Accomplishments: I researched and reported to my Chief Financial Officer 4 people committing several types of fraud on their accounts at the credit union. This saved the Credit Union over $200 thousand dollars.Completed and passed Internet Account Access Training.Completed and passed NAFCU Fraud training.
