Summer Cafe Lempi is a project developed to employ teenagers under 18 years old to their first work. During the summers in 2013 - 2016 Cafe Lempi employed over 30 young people. They were responsible for all the customer service, baking, cleaning and working as a cashier. Me and Maria Haapaniemi created the project, employed and supervised these teens during the summers. Such a great project, lovely memories with all the great and inspiring teenagers.
