As Vice President of Business Development, I have led, along with my team, the expansion of Powin's commercial enterprise. Though focused primarily on Strategic Accounts, throughout the years I have been Head of: - business development strategy;- direct sales; - partnership and channel sales development; - marketing;- market development; - public relations; and - policy.During my tenure, Powin has deployed over 2,500 MWh of battery storage systems with an additional 8,000+ MWh currently under contract. I am personally responsible for 9,500MWh of Powin's contracted and operating backlog, including what will be the largest battery project in the world. This constitutes roughly $3B in capex revenue to Powin and a substantially larger revenue number when long term service contracts are included. To fuel this growth, in 2021 Powin finalized an equity transaction involving significant capital investment from three key equity backers: Trilantic Capital Partners, Energy Impact Partners, and Arroyo Energy Group. Putting the customer experience first, Powin has become a top tier products and services provider including stand alone DC products, fully integrated AC systems, and a wide variety of innovative software applications that are solving difficult problems including those our utility, energy developer and C&I customers have yet to conceive of. Our StackOS platform orchestrates myriad demands from the base level battery management software (BMS), the DNA of any storage product, to the grid edge with aggregated grid services platforms for nearly all applications of Behind the Meter (BTM), In Front of the Meter (IFM) and Solar plus Storage projects.

As manager of operations I led an elite team of project managers and construction managers in developing micro-grid and fuel cell distributed energy projects in the Western United States and Asia. Bloom's project portfolio includes scales ranging from 200 kW urban infill projects to 30 MW utility scale projects. At Bloom, each day we engaged the costly, wasteful, centralized electricity generation and distribution paradigm head on, and provided extraordinary products for our customers while doing it.

As a project manager with Bloom Energy I am responsible for all aspects of delivering fuel cell infrastructure to the electricity grid from pre-sales due diligence through final commissioning. I am also involved in shaping innovation and deployment strategy for a distributed generation technology that I believe will be dramatically disruptive world wide.

Has produced dramatic results since arriving at PG&E through providing leadership in utility renewable energy strategy, wind energy project development, and novel energy storage infrastructure. Some highlights:- Cohort on team that conducted valuation and created subsequent marketing strategy for a 1.1 GW wind portfolio in California- Lead developer and principal project manager for a greenfield development portfolio of three wind farms (428 MW) in Northern California- Developed a dynamic project management tool (Primavera). Tool will improve operational efficiency by enabling financial and schedule strategy and management at the project and portfolio level- Secured 3,500 acres of land with six different owners into 35-year wind development lease agreements, which required matrix management of land agents, attorneys, and environmental experts- Assembled and managed cross-discipline team of PG&E personnel and external consultants to create transmission strategy and submit 378 MW of interconnection request applications to the California ISO- Created and executed project CEQA/NEPA strategy for two wind projects (378 MW). Managed PG&E personnel and external consultants to collect and evaluate biological data over 16 sq. mi. of project area.- Project developer for the Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) Pilot Project, a feasibility study and 300 MW storage project intended to increase overall grid stability and renewable energy capacity
