For the past 20+ years, I have worked across talent management, operations, resource management, DEIB, recruiting, change management, M&A, training + development, HR and organizational structure.I started my career as a Stylist and Art Buyer, but quickly found my professional calling in talent management. Having worked at several large ad agencies in New York, I saw both sides of what works and doesn’t work when it comes to guiding and supporting creative talent. At BUCK, my role is to support and nurture talent, help protect the culture, and to ensure we provide an environment where diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging is central to everything we do. Our focus is to not only find talent working at the highest level of craft, but who are also incredibly nice people.At Residence, my role is to create a strategy and advise companies within the network in the following areas: Training and Development, Talent Acquisition, DEIB, Performance Management, Organizational Structure, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement and Retention, HR and Compliance.When I'm not helping support and grow the world’s best talent across BUCK and Residence, I'm making documentaries with my husband, playing tennis or exploring our new home of Los Angeles.
