- project team leader for 5S method implementation in all departments of the plant - project team leader for SMED – quick changeover in molding department- implementation of lean concepts and methods (value stream mapping, line balancing, one-piece flow, work cells, inventory reduction, kanban, visual controls, setup reduction, ergonomics, standard work)- planning, support, participation and leading of improvement (kaizen) workshops (more than 10 kaizen workshops)- training workers from shop floor and administration on lean tools and principles- realization of improvement projects within the Molex Global Lean Six Sigma initiative- supporting six sigma green belts with their projects

- analysis of utilization, efficiency and productivity factors, continuous review and update of cycle times and production standards, SAP settings for products (master data, BOMs, work centers, routings, etc.), SAP support for other departments- Process improvement activities - optimization of material flow and production layout proposals, lean manufacturing tools implementation, OEE analysis

- planning of assigned processes focusing on optimal and effective production and meeting customer requirements- ordering components and analyzing inventory levels- cooperation with other departments and plants- analyses and reporting
